OUR BACKGROUND
Our founding team remains actively engaged in leading our organisation:
Steve: A former British diplomat to Turkey, holds a diploma in Employment Law and has vast experience in cross-cultural communication, Steve also has many years of overseas experience training non-English speaking foreign law enforcement practitioners. He is an qualified trainer, holds a TEFL certification and is an accredited Education Agent for the British Council
Sena: Fluent in Turkish, Japanese, and English, Sena holds a Language MA and leverages her 20 years extensive experience in interpretation to bridge language gaps and enhance the training programs.
They established the company with a focus on understanding and addressing cross-cultural differences, essential for successful integration and learning.
All other staff members are certified by the TEFL or CELTA organisations and are DBS checked. . They have been handpicked for their aptitude and knowledge.
